Palladio’s tastes

We suggest a plan of Palladian itineraries tied to the typical gastronomic and wine traditions. Culture, wine and food have been blended in a unique offer to lead guests into the discovery of the Venetian mainland, which is rich of ancient traditions as well as a famous wine producer and a symbol of the high cultural level reached by the Serenissima Republic with the “Venetian Villas Culture”.

§ “Cooking in Venetian Villas”, tailor made weekly packages including hospitality in a Venetian Villa and cookery lessons with a chef, interpreters and notes. During the course there will be guided tours to the architectural heritage, visits to the wineries and to the most qualified artisans workshops.

§ "Wine Tasting weekends”, have been organised in order to give the possibility to visit historical wine cellars and to participate in wine tasting courses discovering the many “Veneto Wine Routes” like those in Valpolicella, Treviso and Padua areas.

§ “DOP brand Oil tasting”, a special weekend itinerary, is also scheduled for visits and tastes in ancient oil mills of the Lake Garda area, where it is possible to taste the most refined oils produced by ancient mills.
