The construction of the Venetian Villa now denominated "Fiorita” is dated around 1880; the building was almost immediately incorporated with the bordering properties of the Counts Ninni who turned it into a farmhouse. The Villa consists of a central block and two “barchessa” side wings in classical Venetian style. During the first world war it housed a field hospital and such illustrious guests as Ernst Hemingway. In 1976 it was definitively converted into a Hotel and in 2001 it reopened to the public after a long restoration work which has permitted the creation of 31 twin rooms and 3 suites, warm and comfortable where guests will be able to flavour the ancient atmosphere.
All rooms are provided with P.C. connections, T.V. with satellite reception and all modern comforts. The Hotel offers 146 rooms situated in our modern structure which together with the Venetian Villa offers a total of 180 rooms. Villa Fiorita offers also a congress centre with up to 1000 places, an ample parking area for 500 cars, 2 bars, 4 restaurant rooms, an outdoor swimming-pool immersed in a secular park. Here you will be able to find the ideal setting to celebrate special moments to remember, your reunions, parties and cabaret evenings in the open air; all supported by a first class service and a refined cuisine with regional specialities. The Congress Centre disposes of twelve meeting rooms which can hold minimum of twenty to a maximum of one thousand people. All the meeting rooms are installed with the most modern equipment and may be linked with one another via a closed circuit television system. Further-more in the nearby Hospital it is possible to carry out various types of surgical operations which can be projected in the main congress centre room, all via a connection already available in our structure.
