The building originally belonged to Count Paolo Pola, member of a powerful noble Venetian family, and was the main house dominating a surrounding medium-sized property. Villa Busta can be considered a “statio house”, a very imposing rural building used both as an elegant residence and for farming purposes. This splendid villa built in the early 17th-century was recently restored in accordance with the typical Venetian residence style and paying particular attention to the latest environmental criteria.
Villa Busta is the perfect location for a leisure stay or a business meeting, as well as for a small party in the pleasant frame of the authentic Venetian culture. Reading or chatting, tasting a good glass of wine in the bright rooms will be particularly pleasant, immersed in the peaceful countryside of Treviso, not far from the masterpieces by Andrea Palladio (Villa Barbaro and Villa Emo) and by Antonio Canova (Gypsotheque and Possagno Temple). The art cities of Venice and Treviso and the little picturesque hamlets of Asolo, Castelfranco, Bassano, Marostica are also within maximum an hour’s drive.
