Still with receptive aim it was bought by the present proprietor in the 1987 and it became the Hotel Villa Michelangelo. In the following years the widening of the hotel has continued together with the total recovery of the ancient building, “L” shape, including the ancient oratory. The interior is a real dream: the setting is enriched with original venetian floors, ancient fireplaces and sight beams roofs; the rooms are furnished with genuine antiques. Many rooms still keep the old massive doors aged 700, the bathrooms are tiled with precious marble and wood floors.Seven meeting rooms, among which one is a real theater, are appointed to congressional events. From 2003 the Hotel Villa Michelangelo has become part of the association “The Small Luxury Hotels of the World”.
